Philosophy
Much more than a job.
Working for Deutsche Post DHL.
Of course, you want to know one thing from your employer first: What will I receive for my work? What compensation have I earned? Under certain circumstances, this can mean something much more than the figure on your paycheck at the end of the month.
You wonder: What does my employer do to motivate me and to support me? Does my employer treat me with respect? Can I be proud of working for this employer? And, above all: Do I fit into this company? Will my expectations be fulfilled? Can I reach my goals jointly with this employer? All of these are critically important questions. We would like to answer them for you.
Unsere Strategien für Offenheit, Verantwortung und Einsatz
In our Strategy 2015, a program built on the principle of "respect and results," we guarantee our 500,000 employees from around the world a system of uniform, binding values.
