A Culture of Openness and Fun at Work
Being in-house consultants, we have a special relationship with our client – we are in the same boat. Our common target is maximizing EBIT of Deutsche Post DHL. For us, it goes without saying that we maintain a culture of openness and honesty with our clients.
This openness carries through to our internal culture. Being a start-up with less than 20 employees, we know each other well and have direct contacts if we need help or advice. Our consequent open-door policy makes that even easier.
In addition, we have monthly meetings to update each other on the current status of our projects, internal topics, etc., so that everybody knows what the others are doing.
