Declaration of Conformity
The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of the Company are obliged to declare annually that the recommendations of the Government Commission’s German Corporate Governance Code were and will be complied with, or those recommendations that were or will not be applied and why not (section 161 of the Aktiengesetz - German Public Companies Act).
Declaration of Conformity Fiscal Year 2011
“The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG declare that the recommendations of the Government Commission’s German Corporate Governance Code in the version dated 26 May 2010 have been complied with since issuance of the last Declaration of Conformity in December 2010 and that they intend to also comply with all recommendations of the Code in the version dated 26 May 2010 in the future.”
