Shareholder Structure
Deutsche Post AG's share capital is composed of 1,209,015,874 non par value registered shares (registered shares with a principal book value of €1). KfW Bankengruppe holds approximately 368 million shares, corresponding to 30.5% of the share capital. The free float is 69,5 %, of which 10.2 % are held by private investors. Amongst identified institutional investors, the greatest numbers of issued shares are held in the United Kingdom (15.0 %), the United States (11.4 %) and Germany (8.2 %).
