Deutsche Post releases new Managementkompass together with the F.A.Z.-Institut
Bonn, 03/30/2006, 11:30 AM CESTDialog marketing is the subject of the current issue of the "Managementkompass" series published by the F.A.Z.-Institut. The guide was produced in cooperation with the Deutsche Post subsidiaries Deutsche Post Direkt and the Siegfried Vögele Institute. It gives companies an orientation when planning their dialog marketing activities and their investments in marketing. The individual articles answer questions about dialog marketing trends, optimizing advertising budgets, and measuring the success of advertising, among other things.
The guide also contains a checklist which companies can use to have the strengths and weaknesses of their own dialog marketing analyzed by the Siegfried Vögele Institute. A series of real life examples that demonstrate the usefulness and the application of dialog marketing round out the book.
The share of dialog marketing in advertising expenses has grown steadily in the last few years. More and more companies are investing in dialog with the customer because they have recognized the necessity of addressing the customer directly and personally.
