Now Even Faster to Asia with DHL

Since the beginning of the year, DHL has been offering an extensive express service with fixed delivery times in Asian economic metropolises with MidDay Express. Express shipments from Germany that do not require customs clearance reach their destinations in China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Singapore and other far-east metropolitan areas before 12:00 pm within two workdays. This means that now all important metropolises, cities, and business centers can be reached using time-critical express shipments and express import. Recipients in the Middle East, Africa, and the United States have already had this service for some time.

There is no weight limit for MidDay Express shipments in the European Union (EU), the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), and in the USA. Transports to all other countries are limited to 50 kilograms per package and 250 kilogram per shipment. MidDay Express can be combined with other DHL services like late pickup and transport insurance. Customers can find out the status of their shipment at any time with Track&Trace via the Internet or by phone.

European Free Trade Association (EFTA)

EFTA was established in 1960 by countries not belonging to the then European Community (EC). The aim was to protect the trade interests of its Member States. In the meantime, some of these countries have joined the EU. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland are members of EFTA.
