With regard to the ongoing wage negotiations, Verdi has signaled its willingness in recent days to return to the negotiating table. In light of this development, the two parties will resume negotiations on April 30, 2008. Deutsche Post remains confident that an agreement can be reached and that further strikes can be avoided.
