Electronic invoicing

The online document service allows business customers to send invoices electronically. Working together with SAP, we have developed a platform for this purpose and launched it on the market.

Automotive industry relies on DHL

DHL knows and fulfills it customers` requirements. We store and ship spare parts and accessories for Ford in eight countries on four continents. And in the case of Volvo, as soon as the customer places an order we know which repair sets are needed and deliver these directly to the dealers’ garages in Sweden and the UK.

Round-the-clock parcel service

Registered customers can send and receive parcels 24 hours a day by visiting one of the more than 620 Packstations in over 90 cities and communities throughout Germany; 200 new machines were installed in 2005 alone.
