Other information available relates to our stock, to the share price and to the purchase or sale of the company’s shares or related financial instruments pursuant to Section 15a of the Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (German Securities Trading Act).
Members of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board disclose any possible conflicts of interest to the Supervisory Board without delay. Outside activities pursued by members of the Board of Management are subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board.
Code of Conduct
On the basis of our corporate values, we have developed a Code of Conduct that was launched in the summer of 2006 as a binding document for all employees. Embodying existing compliance regulations, it reflects our obligation to act with integrity and responsibility and in accordance with ethical standards and applicable laws. In the future, it will serve as the basis for all Group-wide guidelines and regulations. More details can be found in the chapters Employees and Sustainability.
