60 Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code
On 16 December 2008, the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG together published the Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code for financial year 2008 required by Section 161 of the Aktiengesetz (AktG – German stock corporation act). The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Postbank AG, whose financial statements are included in the consolidated financial statements of Deutsche Post AG, made the Declaration of Conformity on 28 November 2008.
