25 Dividend per share
A dividend per share of €0.60 is being proposed for financial
year 2009. Based on the 1,209,015,874 shares recorded in the
commercial register as at 31 December 2009, this corresponds to a
dividend distribution of €725 million. In the previous year the dividend
