Value-added services generate more revenue

Revenue in the new Value-Added Services business unit reached €339 million, exceeding the previous year’s figure of €328 million by 3.4%. Growth in our document management and mailroom services was the main reason for the increase. In the fourth quarter, revenue fell to €88 million (previous year: €95 million) on account of the invoicing process for several large projects being deferred.
