The EXPRESS Division is strengthening its international air network to capture revenue growth on all key global tradelanes, while providing excellent service quality.

We continue to invest in our international aviation capabilities creating a world class global network infrastructure supported by modern fleet and global hub facilities featuring the latest technology, e.g. in Leipzig (Germany), Hong Kong (China), Miami and Cincinnati (both USA).

  • Joint venture with Lufthansa Cargo: AeroLogic
  • Heavily improved transit times and non-stop service capabilities
  • Four brand new B777F's have been introduced and further four will follow during 2010

The Boeing 767 is recognized as one of the most modern mid-range wide body freighter currently available in the market. DHL became the first company to register this aircraft type in Europe.

Utilizing, wherever possible, the most modern technology available also underlines Deutsche Post DHL's environmental commitment, with our proclaimed target of reducing our carbon footprint by 30 percent by 2020. Due to the advanced engine technology and winglets, the B767 and B77 are one of the most efficient and environment-friendly aircraft in its class.
