Here you can download PDF versions of the entire publication as well as the individual chapters. Spreadsheet versions of tables as well as graphics and photographs, if any, in the form of png files are also available for downloading.
You can also add the different files into a ZIP archive and then download it to retrieve the individual files. Click on "show collection" to see an overview of your selected files. To remove files from the list, click on "
remove from ZIP archive". To create the final ZIP file, click on "create ZIP archive" on the right-hand side of the screen.
Viewing PDF files
To view the PDF files, you will need Adobe Reader. You can download it free of charge from the Internet:

Opening XLS files
For using XLS files, you need Microsoft Office Excel or Microsoft Excel Viewer; Microsoft Office Excel is licensed software. You can download Microsoft Excel Viewer free of charge from Microsoft's web site:

Opening ZIP files:
To open ZIP archives you need any extraction utility that supports the zip format.
You may use the software 7-ZIP which you can download for free from the producer´s website.
